Returns policy:
If by any reason you want to return a product, Returns are accepted for the following products:
Completed cross stitch
Cross stitch kits
Cross stitch cards
Buyer pays the return shipping cost. Money are reimbursed upon delivery of the returned product.
Due to the nature of the product, returns of Cross stitch charts are not accepted.
Customs duties and taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may occur for the delivery of the product.
