Do you accept returns?
If by any reason you want to return a product, Returns are accepted for the following products:
Completed cross stitch
Cross stitch kits
Cross stitch cards
Buyer pays the return shipping cost.
Due to the nature of the product, returns of Cross stitch charts are not accepted.

When can I expect my item to arrive?
My items are shipped from Bulgaria with added Insurance against loss of package. Insurance means higher guarantee that the item will arrive, and a tracking number will be provided to you for secure proof of the item's postage.
Please allow at least 10 to 20 business days for the item to arrive in US.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may arise for the delivery of the product. However most of my products do not require customs taxes.
For PDF charts, items are emailed to you immediately or 1 business day after receiving a cleared payment.

Payment
Payment is done through PayPal. An ideal situation is if the buyer pays immediately, but in case of delay Buyer must pay within 3 to 5 business days after purchase. During this time the item will be put on hold. If payment is not received within 5 business days, the item will be relisted.
